I'm Jonathan Pierini, an AI product builder based in Florence, working worldwide. I choose collaborations for the quality of the project, the strength of its vision and the challenge of making it scale, rather than the size of the company.
My entrepreneurial and commercial experience has taught me how easily promotion and technology development become lengthy, cumbersome and costly, without delivering what was needed. I bring those decisions together: understand the business, build what matters and test it with the people who will actually use it.

I work towards a usable platform early, so assumptions can be tested rather than debated indefinitely. Scalability is tested early too: identify the constraints while changes are still manageable, then develop what the evidence supports.
Simplicity connects the brand, the interface and the workflow. For users, that means fewer obstacles. For the people managing the platform, it means straightforward operations, continuity and a solid, extensible structure that keeps the cost of future changes under control.
AI tools and reasoning models change constantly. I use them to accelerate development and introduce useful capabilities, but not to replace accountability. Stability, measurable checks and fallback options matter; human experience and judgement remain central to the decisions and the result.
