The problem
Analysts and athletic staff were reading performance data across spreadsheets, provider exports and messaging threads. By the time a picture of a player's condition existed, the training decision it should have informed had already been taken.

The approach
I spent the first phase inside their actual week, including sessions, match days and the reporting they owed the coaching staff. The product was designed around that rhythm rather than around the data model: one live view per player, one per squad, everything else subordinate.

Match and session reports generated for coaching staff

Next developments
Continue refining the daily analysis and reporting workflows around staff needs. Further scope should follow operational feedback.

Current status
Live
Performance staff work from a single live picture instead of reconciling exports, and reporting that used to be assembled by hand is produced as a by-product of the daily workflow.
