The problem
The property was fully dependent on booking platforms: commission on every stay, no relationship with the guest before arrival, and no site that conveyed what the place actually feels like.

The approach
First direct-booking spin-off built on the Gospita platform. The presentation layer was designed for the property alone, with its own photography, sense of place and pace, while availability, pricing and reservations run on the shared engine.
