The problem

The property was fully dependent on booking platforms: commission on every stay, no relationship with the guest before arrival, and no site that conveyed what the place actually feels like.

Built for A single independent guesthouse and its guests

The approach

First direct-booking spin-off built on the Gospita platform. The presentation layer was designed for the property alone — photography, place, pace — while availability, pricing and reservations run on the shared engine.
